Hire-Nepal
A recruitment and job-platform prototype built around the journeys of job seekers and employers—from discovering opportunities to exploring talent and managing hiring-related tasks.
PROJECT NOTES
The work is more than a screenshot. It is a set of decisions about structure, clarity, and how different parts of an experience fit together.
The project is a prototype. No production recruitment results, live employer activity, or verified hiring outcomes are claimed.
Open project ↗The idea
Hire-Nepal explores how a recruitment product can bring job browsing, talent discovery, profiles, and employer tools into one connected experience.
The project is presented as a prototype. The focus of this case study is the product concept and the interface work, not claims about a live recruitment service or hiring outcomes.
Two audiences, one product
A job seeker and an employer arrive with different goals. The interface needs to make each path understandable without making the product feel like a collection of unrelated pages.
The supplied screens cover job browsing, profile views, user dashboard areas, employer talent discovery, job posting, and administrative functions. Together, they show the breadth of the proposed product experience.
Design decisions
The main design priority is orientation: users should be able to tell which part of the product they are in and what task a screen supports.
Consistent page structure and recognizable interface patterns help the different flows feel connected. The work also benefits from treating employer tools and job-seeker tasks as related but distinct experiences.
What the interface covers
The screenshot set documents multiple areas of the prototype, including sign-in, job discovery, profile and dashboard views, employer-facing talent exploration, job posting, and administration.
These screens are useful not only as individual views, but as a way to evaluate how the broader product fits together and where the next iteration should focus.
Current scope
Hire-Nepal is a prototype. This presentation does not claim production deployment, active employers, verified job listings, placements, or business results.
Future work can continue to strengthen consistency across the flows, validate the experience with users, and refine the product as the implementation develops.
